This is a replacement of the original GM Backing Plate. Its a great quality reproduction and will be a direct fit with models that have Gauges and without Clock/Tachometer. It is also the original green tint. (Note if your model comes with a speeometer cable locking bracket you will have to drill a hole to secure the original bracket to the backing plate)
