Ordering and Delivery

USA1 Industries innovative and friendly website allows you to shop for Chevy and GMC Truck Parts 24/7, keeping you up to date on your order status through your online account and email.  Instock orders are usually shipped within 1-3 business days by UPS, Fedex, or USPS.  Keep in mind, we are a US based manufacturer that produces alot of made to order products.  Meaning if your products are not instock it may take up to 30 days to produce the product before shipping. For questions relating to stock and ship times please feel free to contact one of our experienced customer service representatives to answer any questions you may have.

Sales Tax Information

USA1 Industries Inc is based in Gibsonville, North Carolina and any retail purchases such as parts for Chevy Trucks must be charged North Carolina Sales Tax. Orders shipped outside of North Carolina will be exempt from all Sales Tax charges. Current North Carolina Law applies Sales Tax to tangible goods only, so no tax will be charged on any services such as shipping from USA1 Industries. Current North Carolina Sales Tax is 6.75%, but rates are subject to change without notice.

Damages and Shortages

Upon receiving any package from USA1 Industries, no matter what the outwards appearance of the packaging, open and inspect all parts and contents for damage and accuracy. In the case of a damaged, missing or incorrect parts please contact USA1 Industries Customer Service department immediately for assistance. All damages, shortages and incorrect parts must be reported with 5 business days upon receipt of package. If you should receive a damaged part and USA1 Industries is not notified within 5 business days of receipt, USA1 Industries is not held responsible for replacement of the damaged parts and customer must file claim with shipping carrier. (This is due to the limited time shipping carriers allow for any and all claims to be filled.)

Special Note:

Sheetmetal body panels and patches such as hoods, fenders, doors, bedsides, etc. are prone to have small dents, scratches and defects.   These small dents, scratches and defects do not constitute a damaged or defective part.  Body panels and patches are an unfinished raw product that in many cases have to be cut, welded, filled, sanded, primed, and painted.  If you receive a body panel or patch and believe that it is damaged or defective please contact customer support for assistance. 

Returns and Warranty

We are committed to customer satisfaction and the quality of the products and services we provide. As such, we have clear and straightforward warranty and return policies.

  • Returns: To receive a full refund on parts (excluding shipping), any unused part must be returned in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, returned parts may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%.

  • Return Authorization: Please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Authorization Number before returning any part. Returns without this authorization will incur a minimum 10% restocking fee, regardless of the reason for the return.

  • Non-returnable Items: Products that have been modified, altered, painted, installed, or disassembled without prior approval from USA1 Industries are non-returnable. Additionally, products that are altered, painted, or deemed unsellable by USA1 Industries will be returned to the customer at their expense.

  • In-store Credit: Returns made after 90 days of purchase (regardless of delivery date) will receive an in-store credit, due to limitations imposed by our card processing company.

  • Non-returnable Items Include (but are not limited to): Electrical switches, wiring harnesses, custom-ordered or dyed interior, custom-made or fabricated parts, and used parts.

Please note, USA1 Industries is not responsible for any fees related to the installation, removal, modification, or repair of products purchased.

Truck Freight

Inspect, Inspect, Inspect. All Truck Freight Shipments must be inspected for damage in the presence of the driver(DO NOT LET THE DRIVER LEAVE UNTIL YOU HAVE INSPECTED THE ENTIRE SHIPMENT). If a shipment is damaged note the exact damaged part, describing the damage on the Bill of Lading, if parts are damaged beyond repair, refuse the entire shipment. A Bill of Lading is a legal document and if you sign it without noting damage you are stating that you, the customer are releasing the freight carrier of any and all responsibility. Notify USA1 Industries Customer Service department immediately for assistance.
